Svimed, Puglia Region, the Coordination of International Policies and University of Bari “Aldo Moro” in collaboration with the project “COMPETITIVE” will be present at “ENOLIEXPO”, a national reference event for olive growing and the olive oil industry, which gathers a growing number of exhibitors and visitors.
ENOLIEXPO is the only event in Italy dedicated to the entire production chain of olive oil and is created in the values and with the will that all – exhibitors of machinery, equipment, products and services for the wine and olive oil supply chains and visitors wine producers, olive growers, millers, oenologists, agronomists, agricultural experts, etc. – have a common vision of business and relationships.
ENOLIEXPO is a fair dedicated to wine and olive oil sector, a segment that sees Puglia hold a 14% market share and Southern Italy in general more and more oriented towards innovation and development.
The ARISTOIL and COMPETITIVE projects together will provide visitors with the opportunity to recognize a quality extra virgin olive oil and a high phenolic EVOO.
