The ARISTOIL Project, funded under the Interreg Mediterranean Trans-national Program 2014-2020, will stop off at Giovinazzo (Bari) with an information corner on 11-12-13 May 2018 at the Cittadella della Cultura.

The occasion is the three days “Languages ​​of Extra Virgin Olive Oil”, organized by the Association Culturale Passione Extravergine with the patronage of the University of Bari Aldo Moro, the Municipality of Giovinazzo and Teatro Naturale, and dedicated to those who want to build a path to become disseminators of cultural content related to extra virgin olive oil or simply improve their skills in this area.

What are the technical contents that the consumer should know? What are the most suitable languages ​​and contents for communicating with children, with doctors, with restaurant staff, with those who shop? These are the questions to which we will try to respond with experts in the field, through targeted insights, practical laboratory moments and co-planning in groups, according to the “open space technology” method and team building moments as a social dinner, with the aim of finding strengths and opportunities to open new possible network and cooperation scenarios.
