The EVOO RESEARCH’S GOT TALENT will be held in Bari from 20 to 22 January 2020, a conference with training on the soft skills needed to excel in research on the topic of EVO oil dedicated to young researchers under 40 .
The international conference will be open to the public, made up of the various players in the sector (olive growers, oil crushers and oil industrialists) on 23 January 2020.
On that occasion, at the University of Bari, the stakeholders of the sector will participate to a seminar realized in collaboration with the Department of the Central Inspectorate of the protection of the Quality and the Repression Frodi of the agricultural and food products – Laboratory ICQRF of Perugia and svi.med. under the Aristoil project (co-financed by the Interreg MED programme).
